Supercell Game Proxies for Clans and Creators

Clash of Clans, Clash Royale, Brawl Stars and Hay Day are phone games first, and the network they expect is exactly what a BetterProxies line is: a real US carrier SIM on AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon. That does not mean every Supercell player needs one. It means the people who work around these games, such as clan leaders running tools, content creators, esports organisers and developers of fan sites, can test and operate from a genuine American mobile path. This page covers the web store, the official APIs and their IP whitelists, soft launches and the rules Supercell enforces on everyone.

The developer API trap: keys are locked to IP addresses

Supercell's official developer APIs for Clash of Clans, Clash Royale and Brawl Stars issue keys that only work from the IP addresses you list when you create them. That single detail decides whether a mobile proxy suits your clan bot or stats site. A mobile IP changes when you rotate, and a carrier can also hand the modem a new address after a reconnect, even on a sticky session. Every change breaks your key until you add the new address.

So the honest advice is this. Run production API calls from a server with a fixed IP. Use a line only when you want to test how your tool or site behaves for a US mobile visitor, and if you do call the API through it, create a short-lived test key for the current address and expect to replace it after a rotation. Rotating to spread requests over many addresses is against the API terms and does not help, because limits follow the key.

The Supercell Store and in-game offers

Supercell runs a web store where players can buy gems and offers for their own accounts, with pricing presented in local currency. Creators, news sites and clan communities that report on offers from outside the United States can open the store through a US line on a phone and capture what an American player sees. Keep purchases on your own account with your own payment method.

Inside the games, the shop can also vary by account and region. A clean test account on a US line gives a creator a fair baseline for an American player's shop that day, without the history of a maxed main account shaping what appears.

Soft launches: what a US line can and cannot reach

Supercell usually tests new games in a small set of countries before a global release, and the United States is often not in that first group. A US line gives you a US address, so it cannot put you into a soft launch in another country, and we would not advise trying: store availability follows your app store account's country anyway. Where a line helps is the other direction. When a game or feature reaches the US, a studio or creator outside the country can check the US experience on day one, from store listing to first-session network behaviour on a real carrier path.

Playing on a trip and keeping your account safe

Supercell ID ties your progress to your email, not to a device or network, so switching countries does not put your village at risk. Real-time battles in Clash Royale and Brawl Stars are sensitive to latency, and routing them through a proxy only adds a hop, so play direct wherever you are. The line is useful for the Supercell ID sign-in and web store if you are an American abroad who wants those to look like home.

Rules that apply whatever the network

Supercell's terms forbid buying or selling accounts, sharing accounts, using third-party tools that automate play, and using multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage. A carrier IP does not change any of that, and Supercell looks at behaviour and device signals, not only addresses. Clan leaders who run several accounts of their own should read the fair play policy carefully before assuming anything is allowed. We support operators, creators and testers, not account farms. Each plan includes 15 GB of data per day, which is far more than these games use, so data is never the reason to cut corners.

Setting up a Supercell games proxy on BetterProxies

  1. Decide whether you need a live US mobile path or a fixed server; API production work belongs on a server.
  2. Order a line in a US metro; Houston has the widest choice of hardware and carriers.
  3. On a phone, set the host, port and credentials in Wi-Fi proxy settings, or use a SOCKS5 client app.
  4. Confirm the US carrier IP before opening the store or your tool.
  5. If you test the API through the line, create a test key for the current address.
  6. After rotating, update or replace the test key before the next run.

Supercell games proxy questions

Can I run my clan bot's API calls through a mobile proxy?

Only for testing. Supercell API keys are locked to IP addresses, and mobile IPs change. Use a fixed server for production.

Can a US line get me into a soft launch?

Not one held outside the US. Soft launch access follows your app store account's country.

Will a proxy make Brawl Stars smoother?

No. It adds a hop. Play real-time games on your direct connection.

Is multi-accounting allowed?

Check Supercell's fair play policy. A proxy does not change what the rules allow, and we do not support account farms.
